Call Centre Agent – Full Time

Autoglass® are looking to hire a number of full time contact centre agents to work in our Dublin 12 headquarters. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role. This is a full-time, in office position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Respond to customer contact professionally and in a timely manner
  • Utilising software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately
  • Reassure customers that requests will be dealt with promptly
  • Work within a team
  • The ability to solve problems efficiently
  • Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the organisation and to develop your own skills
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate must:

  • Have customer service and administration experience
  • Possess good pc, administration, organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Demonstrate a warm, friendly and helpful manner in all communications
  • Possess drive, energy and determination and be a highly motivated self-starter
  • Take responsibility for their own actions and work on their own initiative when required
  • Strive to maintain good working relationships with other team members and other departments in the organisation
  • Fluent English is essential

Experience:

1 year experience working in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

Windscreen Technician – Full Time

Job Summary:

We currently have vacancies for Windscreen Technicians within the Dublin area.
Automotive Repair or VGRRR experience is an advantage and the ideal candidate must have an ability to get on well with all kinds of people. A full clean driver’s license is essential.

Working as part of a friendly team that will always give you the fullest support, you’ll draw on your proven skills to maintain our exemplary record of customer care and reputation for absolute quality.

You will receive full VGRRR training in our purpose built IMI training centre, at the end of which you will be awarded Automotive Training Accreditation (ATA).

– Experience in either VGRRR, panel beating or automotive repair is a bonus.

Warehouse Operative/Driver – Full Time

A role has arisen for a Warehouse/Driver operative within our Dublin Distribution. The job responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely pick and delivery of products set by the Warehouse and the Customer and to ensure that we exceed our customers expectations by giving the highest quality of service and professionalism is provided at all times. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the job responsibilities will include the following:

Job Outline

– To meet or exceed Laddaw customer service standards (e.g. Customer Service Improvement targets, delivery times, customer satisfaction measures, flexible approach to changes in customer demands).
– Warehouse shifts start on a Monday/Sunday – 5/7 working day week General duties include picking & packing of stock. Stock control & stock management.
– To keep your manager and customers informed of delays in delivery in products as expected.
– To ensure complaints are minimised through correctly following Company procedures.
– To identify and exploit all opportunities to increase the sales to further develop the business of Laddaw.
– To contribute towards effective team working and internal and external communication.
– To undertake training and coaching as required increasing personal skills to achieve- Distribution and Company performance standards.
– To ensure a high standard of personal presentation and to wear the Company uniform at all times.
– To ensure a clean and tidy workplace, and that company vehicles are left clean and tidy.
– To adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety procedures and use safety equipment provided.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

– Experience working in a warehouse environment.
